forms - How convert PDF to ACROFORM type? -

i use pdftk filling forms. , when enter

returned 

warning: input pdf not acroform, fields not filled.

how fix or convert pdf acroform?

i decided it.

combine files in acrobat - , create new pdf.

new pdf good.
